Job Summary:  

Implement site launches, implementing a wide variety of business software applications, online tools, web applications, and advertising campaigns. The Digital Project Coordinator will help analyse business requirements, establish new projects, monitor progress and deliverables from business and technology standpoints.



  • Oversee the transformation of legacy Digital Web and Mobile applications
  • lead multiple projects with complex cross-team dependencies and competing priorities
  • Prepare and present status reports to senior business and technology management. Set customer expectations and provide clear and concise feedback throughout the project lifecycle
  • Lead cross-functional project teams by task assignment and follows up to ensure on-time completion.
  • Conduct planning sessions and develop road maps with key project stakeholders
  • Facilitate in leading planning meetings, reviews, issue resolution, and retrospectives
  • Organize the development work queue, sprints, schedule releases, and manage project risks
  • Develop and maintain project plans, estimations, specifications, flowcharts, and presentations
  • Proactively identify and resolve issues that may negatively impact a project timeline or deliverables.
  • Ensure on-time and budget delivery of projects
  • Track utilization of project resources and manage this against the resource allocation, budget, timely entry, and approvals for project timesheets.
  • Provide end-to-end project management
  • Scope project requirements and prepare budget
  • Develop a detailed project plan and monitor progress
  • Collaborate with internal teams to design, develop and implement digital projects
  • Deliver projects on time with agreed quality standard
  • Develop support documentation, including risk logs and requirement specifications
  • Monitor and report on Google Analytics metrics
  • Communicate with the team and ensure all members are on board with delegated tasks
  • Highlight potential risks or malfunctions and act proactively to resolve issues
  • Seek opportunities for improvement and suggest new projects


  • BSc in digital marketing, computer science, or similar.
  • Practical experience with content management systems, Google Analytics, and project management software.
  • Experience in a similar role would be advantageous.
  • Excellent management, interpersonal, and teambuilding skills.

  • Ability to network and build relationships.

  • Strong written, organization, and communication skills
  • Comfortable working independently and in a team environment
  • Capable of multi-tasking and evaluating various business applications
  • Understanding and experience with Project Management processes
  • Experienced with project management and collaboration tools
  • Expert in building and presentation using Microsoft PowerPoint
